On-Site Support
Billed at $75/hour unless otherwise specified.
Any travel time to/from site totaling more than 25% the on-site
time is billed at $60/hour.
Off-Site Support
Billed at $60/hour unless otherwise specified.
Phone Support
Any phone support totaling more than 15 minutes in any 24-hour period is billed at $60/hour.
Equipment & Supplies
Hardware, software or supplies purchased on behalf of the client
are billed at cost.
All purchases are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty
unless otherwise specified.
